Ranch Amenities

The facilities include a House that is approximately 1,200 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, dining areas with complete kitchen, open den and fireplace. Home has artwork and mounted wildlife displayed. Large front and back porches fire pits Bar-BQ pit, and picnic tables. A Meade 4.5 inch telescope is available for stargazing. House has Dish Network TV and County water supply.

One large pond is stocked with perch and large mouth bass and another pond is stocked with perch and catfish. A jon boat with electric trolling motor and a canoe is supplied along with necessary fishing equipment including fly fishing rods and reels if desired. Dove and Duck decoys are provided. Additionally, there are manual and electrically operated trap machines for trap shooting if the doves or ducks aren’t flying.
